Terms of Service
Last updated 14 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Pix, an event-photography sales service operated by US Guyana Trading LLC(“we,” “us”). By browsing a gallery or placing an order you agree to them.
The service
Pix lets you view photos from an event you attended and buy them as high-resolution digital downloads and, where offered, printed copies. Galleries are time-limited and close after their published window.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are shown at checkout in the offered currency. The order total is calculated and confirmed on our server; that total governs.
- An order is a request to buy; it is accepted when payment succeeds.
- Any taxes or fees required by law are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Card payments are handled by Stripe. By paying, you authorise the charge for the confirmed total. We fulfil an order only after the payment is verified — never on the checkout redirect alone.
Digital downloads and your licence
When you buy a digital photo, we grant you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable licence to keep, print, and share that photo for your own personal, non-commercial use. Download links remain active for 7 days. The photographer and/or US Guyana Trading LLC retain copyright and ownership of the images. You may not resell the files, claim authorship, or use them commercially without our written permission.
Prints
Printed products are produced and delivered manually. We will let you know the expected timeline; delays outside our control (couriers, weather) can occur. See our Refund Policy for defective or damaged prints.
Acceptable use
- Don’t attempt to access galleries, masters, or accounts you weren’t given access to.
- Don’t scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute photos.
- Don’t interfere with or attempt to break the service.
Photos of you
If you appear in an event photo and would like it removed, use the gallery’s “Request removal” option or email pix@vip.gy. We review each request promptly.
Availability
Galleries expire and the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Pix is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law grants you other rights.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
